The Shortcut key commands for FSM Editon (v1.3.3.18) do not seem to be working

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new FSM.
Press F3 to select the link creation tool
Drag from Init item into blank space to create a new item
Observe the following:
- No arrow appear when click and drag
- Link tool in toolbar is not selected (after having pressed shortcut key)
