Game Does not start up and gives me an error about my graphics {F26971}

Steps To Reproduce

for me i just click play and thats it the game crashes

FailSin set Category to Game Crash.

FailSin set Reproducibility to Always.

FailSin set Severity to None.

FailSin set Resolution to Open.

FailSin set Legacy ID to 2360645593.May 8 2016, 12:40 PM

DX11 error : Cannot create DX11 device : DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED

This error is mostly caused by outdated GPU drivers / Outdated DirectX. Try updating your GPU Drivers / DX and see if that does the trick.
