compulsion change screen mode by 2byte language

Description

this problem is one time blink screen(maybe change screen mode 'Fullscreen' -> 'Fullscreen Window') by typing 2 byte language(Korean, japanese, chinese). but looking video options, not change screen mode. so then we use 'alt+tab' fix screen. but this is only a temporary expedient. fix screen and type 2 byte language then change screen again. please fix this issue.

yes, still present this issue. maybe another asian people don't know this issue, because this problem is always(since the alpha) came out and don't know unless the gamma settings.
