Try disabling your mods / addons and see if that fixes your issue.

Having the same issue while "loading profile options" runs. It happens even if I do not use any Mods and tried starting wiht and without the launcher to the same effect.

UPDATE: Nevermind. A reboot somehow solved my problem, Arma runs now fine. It probably was something windows-related.
