Just launch Arma3 with the desktop Shortcut (arma3.exe) or in Steam.
Additional Information
The problem is random and it is possible to start the game at the second try.

The files you have attached do not contain crashdumps. Could you please take a look into your appdata Arma3 folder and see if they are located there? Thank you.

I suppose that you speak about the .rpt that I find in User/Appdata/local/Arma3.
I make a zip with all of them.
Today, I discover that my Arma3 crash when I launch Teamspeak with the new plugin TFAR.

I make some other trials and it seems that the origin of the crash of Arma3 is the presence of Ts3overlay plugin files in Teamspeak.
So, as soon as Teamspeak was launched before or after Arma3, I got a crash of Arma.
After many trials I discover that the plugin TS3overlay was involved in the problem. So,I suppress TS3overlay plugin and reinstall Teamspeak. Since this modification I don't have any problem with the launch of Arma.
