I play multiplayer I fall I turn fps in 40-50 fps and drops down one second in his 10 fps and back to 40-50 fps and there also freeze

Are you playing custom missions (Altis Life, etc) or modded content?

Not I play altis normal life without mod his makes me all game modes

The FPS issues are probably caused by Altis Life. Could you check singleplayer if the FPS is better there?

yes I turned solo in the 40-50 fps no drop no freeze

The issue is with Altis Life as it is heavily scripted we can do nothing about community made gamemodes unfortunately.
