Arma 3 Item Premium with all DLC's

Description

Hi, I have the Arma 3 and Arma 2 with all DLC's, with the installation of RHS Escalation mod, in Arma 3, the M136 and RShG-2 launchers was available, however, i can only use one rocket because a warning appears that show premium item, press LShift+P to buy this DLC. I have all DLC's What Happening?? hellp

This is not an issue more of a design choice for RHS: Escalation

RHS features some launchers that can fire only once and cannot be reloaded but in Arma 3 Vanilla there are only reloadable launchers. How do they bypass it? By placing "DLCs" on the single fire launchers. This causes you to unequip the launcher once you have fired a rocket from it simulating "you can fire from this launcher only once".
