But I think this only happens if you have holstered a Primary Weapon, not sure if the type matters but it happened while my assault rifle was holstered.

Steps To Reproduce
My guess would be:
- Take out your binos, preferably laser Designator NATO
- Make sure your Primary weapon is holstered, meaning no Pistol.
- Watch the legs and go prone.
