Steps To Reproduce
- Join a server that utilizes the official squad management UI
- Enable the UI and try to scroll or drag the sidebars (note that there must be enough players online so that they don't fit in the view)
- Observe that the UI keeps reseting its menu position about twice a second
The issue can be tested easily eg. on these servers (they utilize the UI and have very often about 50 players online):

Additional Information
The menu works without issues if:
- arrow keys are used to navigate/scroll the menus
- map is enabled before UI is opened
