dedicated server should run in the backgound

Description

the dedicated server should minimize to the system icon menu in windows to prevent accidentally closing the sever down. I've gotten a bit punchy at times and closed down my server at the worst possible time. it would be a god send if it would run in the back ground and be accessible via the system tray.
