Hello,
Difficulty settings dont allow you to do what you want.
For example if you want to hide name above players head when using a select key (², F1, F2, ...) you have to put veteran difficulty.

You cannot hide names in regular difficuly even if you set the exact same settings as in veteran.

But if you go in veteran difficulty you cannot have Extrended armor or your position on the map.

Diffuculty settings restriction should not exist in multiplayer games.
