It seems to me like this is a server-side addition! I would suggest speaking to the community leaders hosting this server and asking them as the devs here aren't going to be able to do anything about it :/

Hello, these sounds are not part of Vanilla version of the Arma. It was most probably a server side mod / custom sound as JTG stated above.
