Strider commander camera does not take damage when raised

Description

The commander's camera for the Strider MRAP [all variants] does not take damage when it is raised above the default / lowest elevation.

At the default / lowest elevation setting the camera can be disabled (unable to pan and tilt m̶o̶v̶e̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶X̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶Y̶ ̶a̶x̶i̶s̶) if shot numerous times with a sufficiently powerful weapon.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go into the Editor.
  2. Place two empty Strider MRAPs [Unarmed / GMG / HMG].
  3. Shoot the first Strider's camera with a sufficiently powerful weapon.
  4. Enter the first Strider's commander seat and note that the camera's ability to turn has been disabled.
  5. Enter the second Strider's commander seat, raise it by any degree, exit the vehicle and shoot the camera.
  6. Enter the second Strider's commander's seat and note that the camera was unaffected.

SPOTREP # 00047 for update 1.50.131.969 reports this issue as fixed.
