After last update (1.46.131.127) game is freezing

Description

After a few minutes after connecting to any server I get the message: "No message received for XX seconds", and than "Connection with host has been lost". And if I try to get out of the lobby – the game freezes. And no any error messages. Before the last update (1.46.131.127) I never had any problems. Reinstalling the game and checking the integrity of the cache does not solved the problem. My computer does not have anti-virus or firewall.
