*Update*
The frame rate drop seems not only limited to 4071 to 4072, some spots has lower threshold where frame rates drop occurred in object view distance 3000, while some spots had higher threshold such as 5000.
However they follow a common characteristic of 1 view distance difference will cause the dramatic difference of the frame rates.
(Which in my first case, 4071 gives me 50 fps while 4072 gives me around 16-20 fps)

TL;DR: Frame rates drop are random, but follows a common pattern.

Can you give better coordinates? At least I couldn't quickly repro this even if I had view and object set at 12km. The more specific you can be the better chance there is that someone can find the same issue.

Ways to reproduce:
-Get to a high ground, look down to the ground with high view object distance. Check if frame rate dropped drastically.

*Update*
After some more testing I came to the conclusion of mod conflicts. But unable to confirm.
Mod List: CBA_A3, All in Arma, RHS (Both Russian and US) and ACE3, all are up to date version.
Despite the fact that I suspect it was RHS and ACE3 were the cause of the issue. But due to the high popularity of both RHS and ACE3, such glaring issue should already been reported. So that just makes whole situation even more confusing.
