remoteExec stopped working

Description

Today's update Dev Branch 1.47.131024 has caused the remoteExec to stop working completely. The Bis_fnc_MP is working though.

Not sure if they are related but the respawn tent cannot be deployed also with today's update. The object exists, the command shows up but execution of it produces no result.
