No way to lock max FOV

Description

The max FOV available in the game is by pressing "-". After using a scoped weapon, the FOV is always at its lowest (zoomed all the way in)

I want a way to return straight to the first image after unscoping, rather than having to press "-" 1 or 2 times.

Steps To Reproduce

Go into virtual arsenal.
Select any rifle that can take an AMS, ARCO, DMS, Kahlia, LRPS, MOS, MRCO, Nightstalker, NVS, RCO, TWS or TWS MG scope.
Equip one of the listed scopes.
Click try
Press "-" 1 or 2 times to make sure you are max FOV
Right click to scope in
Right click again to unscope
Note how FOV is now zoomed in
