I receive the No Message Received in XXX seconds countdown until i get kicked when certain players connect. For example one member of my clan whenever he connects I get that message whether its a Wasteland server or a Dedicated server.
It is not my network and tested every facet of that. And I have reinstalled Arma 3 twice now.
These are on vanilla or modded servers

Connect to any server. Play until a player connects and then the solid yellow chain followed by solid red chain.
I usually then disconnect and try to rejoin server. Will not let me rejoin the server I was kicked from until I try and join another server first.
Rpt included. Will try and get report from other players.

Are they in the same AppData/Local/Arma 3 folder? if so what do they look like? the Rpt I attached are the only ones in there.
Try launching the game without any startup parameters and see if that helps. If not attach the newest .RPT from that session. Thank you.
Tried launching without parameters and even redid my profile (meaning deleted old and created new one).
