Implement C&C series type of scripting for the editor

Description

Because I ve heard that BIS got big plans for big changes in the editor, this feature might be useful, it would allow simple mortals easily make more advanced missions.

World builder type of scripting would be simpler, as it will have all available predefined conditions and actions in the lists with sections which will separate certain types of conditions actions from other types.

In Arma 3 it would definitely be good to keep the standard manual way of scripting, so, my concept is: as simple mortal will use selections, the game will generate that into code and on the contrary (both ways of editing should be synchronized).
