The Steam Overlay doesn't work

Description

When I start the game, it initalises my addons. After that and the intro screen i can't open my Steam Overlay but i have set the checknark in the arma3 properties.

Hello, please make sure that your Steam overlay is enabled and properly configured in Steam In-Game settings menu.

Hello, try launching your Steam as Admin. Also does this issue affect any other games?

Only arma. Steam is launched as Admin.

Please check if you have one of these programs installed that can cause issues with steam overlay
