Hello, it seems that your Audio Device fails to create when launching the game. Please try reinstalling your audio drivers and see if this fixes the issue.

thank you for your respond. The curious thing is, that all other games and programs working fine. Also the Astro Headsets do not have an own driver and are controlled by the Windows Driver. I will check if have have a problem in DirectX through dxerror.log, but as mentioned, all other games working fine.
I will keep you updated on this.
