GA Carrier vest variants clip through certain Uniform types

Description

The GA Carrier and all of its variants (including the new Marksman DLC GA Carrier vasts) clip into certain uniform types when equipped.

They do appear correctly on the associated INDEP uniforms, but not the INDEP Officer uniform.

Steps To Reproduce

0. Launch Arma 3 with no Mods enabled

Observed Results:
Clipping occurs on the right chest; the player's uniform shows through part of the GA Carrier.
