please note that this is ruining my game experience and that not having any response about my problems dosent help me enjoy that said support. My game keeps crashing and crashing while two or three weeks ago it never did... i could send you tons of other mdmp files... it crashes while loading as much as in game...

I am not able to reproduce the crash but yesterdays patch didnt fix it. My game has crashed twice yesterday, completely randomly this is why i cant reproduce it, it is random crashes.
