I went to go launch Arma 3 today. The window showing that the game was preparing to launch came up, and then the Launcher Window came up. At the bottom is says "Updates Unavailable - Steam is on Offline Mod" See here: http://puu.sh/hcUUV/14bf9db95d.jpg

So, not thinking anything of it, I clicked Play, and nothing happens. The same exact screen stays up, but I can see in my task manager that "Arma 3 (32-bit)" shows up in the processes :http://puu.sh/hcVbY/da121c813e.png

I have also tried launching the game through Play WithSIX, and the same thing happens, minus the launcher showing up. I have ALSO tried using the launch Parameter "-nolauncher" with no success. All of my Files are up to date(Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2010 x86, .NET Framework, Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013) I have no idea as to what else I should do, so I've come here.
