When launching the game (with "play" from the Launcher or through Steam and -noLauncher), a process is created in the Task Manager but the game doesn't start. The process is closed a few seconds after.
Happen with and without antivirus (disabling the antivirus have already helped some times).

Could you please provide more specific information? Feel free to even create a video if you want. Also please attach a dxdiag file.

dxdiag add. I also added a weirdly empty RPT, I have 3 others like this one. I can't really add more informations :
I click on the Arma 3 icon and nothing happen, so I try differents things (disabling my Antivirus work sometimes, last time I've deleted some old RPT from C:\Users\Edouard\AppData\Local\Arma 3 and old squads files in \squad\ and the game accepted to start after that).
There is always a process created, which is closed after some 5-10 seconds.
Please run Arma 3 without any parameters and attach the new files generated in your C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\ folder.

I had again issues to launch the game, but there was not RPT file created when it happened.
The uploaded file is from the first successful launch.
Try launching Arma 3 directly from your steam Arma 3 folder. Also disable antivirus and try launching it again. Thanks

Might be the evolution of my error.
Fixed by turing the anti-virus off.
