If you heal your teammate it will be animated like you're healing yourself.
There's a lot of animations for healing, but everytime you will see one and only: animation of soldier injecting something in his leg.
edit: also if you will treat yourself while holding rocket launcher healing will be a lot faster and without heal animation.
