Steps To Reproduce
Sending RPTs to hunt this problem.
I had couple of mods manually added.
Went to options and assign new folder to search
Went back and experience same picture (no new mods scanned)
When I restarted it scanned and show them.
Additional Information
If mods are being scanned there should be some sort of visual indication for that.
(just like on the begging loading bars.

This issue doesn't happen anymore.If you guys verified that there is not
error in RPT log, this can be closed.
