Would be cool to have a small chance of a ragdoll pulling/holding his weapon trigger as his nerves pulse after getting shot/dying.

Having to worry about whether the sentries your team is about to take out with suppressed weapons are going to misfire as they die would be interesting.

There is real physiological support for this aswell.
