Parse .ogg sounds and music defined in description.ext for use in Zeus.

Description

Currently we're unable to implement new music in Zeus, it would be lovely if there was a possibility to increase the functionality of "Play Sound"/"Play Music" modules, so they could get the tracks defined in description.ext, under cfgSounds and cfgMusic.

edit:
Allowing tracks from mods would be sweet as well. Sounds added via mods sometimes work.

For example - AGM's cook off sound can be played via the sounds module, but the music that comes with AiATP cannot be played via music module.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Launch editor, create any Zeus mission
  2. Add custom sounds/music to description.ext
  3. Try playing them from there, they won't show up, but you'll be able to play them with playSound or playMusic scripting commands.
