I don't know how but it just started happening 1 week ago, log into server (any)

Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

i don't know how but the crashing has stopped and don't know why but next time it happens i will report it, and if it is at all possible going off topic please do something about low frames for bad laptops like mine i am currently getting 1-5 frames when 2 weeks ago i had at least around 15 if not lower
