Whenever I try to launch the game it never starts up and runs in the background. I've tried everything and searched Google for hours.

I've tried to find any .rpt files but it doesn't create any so I don't have that. I've verified the game and I uninstalled it with no luck. I don't really know what to provide to you so just let me know what you need.
