Extreme desync and ping after the last patch in multiplayer v 1.40

Don't know what bohemia did in the last patch. The multiplayer aspect of the game now is a mess. We own a server that always hosted matches of 100 people perfectly, after the last patch, some time after the mission start, the desync and pings begin to go up, until the extreme values of 10.000 points of desync and 300 ping, when normally, i.e. i have 27 ms of ping.

I really don't know what happens with the bohemia updates, it's always the same, one step forwards, two backwards. This is not the first nor the 20th time this kind of things happens after the patches.

Today, the only day our group joins to play a mil-sim mission, with people that do an effort and get some time to play, we simply cannot play.

Good content showed yesterday in the stream, but useless if the game simply doesn't work. {F25718}

Do you all have the same problems on public servers?
Are you using mods and/or scripts on your server?
If yes, have you tried to play without mods and/or scripts?
Maybe the integrity of your server files need to be verified or a clean reinstallation of ArmA 3 on your server is necessary.
