Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Whenever I place down a Huron and/or a Wildcat in the editor and and go to preview I get kicked back to the editor and get the following error message 'Helicopter_r_Base_H/Reflectors/Right,color'

I tried all of the helos and it only happens with these two.

Hello,
is it possible that your data is corrupted? There were no crashreports during the release candidate testing. Could you please verify your game data?

Hi,

I verified the data after the patch had completed and no errors were found.
In my group, 2 others have so far tested this with the same results, the game crashes back to editor with the error message that I posted above.

An update for you.
The Huron and Wildcat work fine on Altis and Stratis with no mods selected, when I try to place them on a 3rd party map such as Imrali, Sahrani, Isla Duala it then breaks with the symptoms described in the OP.

In the editor when when you are selecting the Huron or Wildcat the little icon to the right of the Helo name (believe it is the DLC icon) is not present when 3rd party maps are running, including on Altis and Stratis. The only time they work is in a pure vanilla setup.

Further update, it is not a BI problem from what I have found.
The AGM Realistics names pbo is responsible for breaking the Huron, will find the mod responsible for breaking the Wildcat in further testing.
Thanks a lot for your help and sorry for any time wasted.

Hello,
I am still unable to reproduce it even on community made map. Are you running any other mod than the map? Could you please try on a map submitted to Steam Workshop?

Removing the AGM Aircraft pbo brings back the wild cats

Hi Iceman,

it is the AGM mod that is breaking the helos. In particular the two pbo's mentioned above.
Will contact AGM.

Just an FYI,

These mods are responsible for breaking the Huron and the Armed Wildcat.
