I think it might be useful to give players to use binoculars when they're driving a vehicle: i think it could be helpful above all when players are scouting with light vehicles (like Quad). Having to disembark every time we use a binocular to give a look around is so uncomfortable!

Of course I'm not saying that we should be able to be able to drive while using binocular, but at least when we stop the vehicle.
