Option to remove restriction for side ENEMY to use vehicles together

Description

Currently players being on the same side and set to ENEMY by using addrating can't enter the same vehicle.

Would be nice having an option to disable this restriction.

Why? He wants it as an option. Like a parameter or a variable for servers/missions.
