Cannot unbind 'surrender' from Right_CTRL + End

Description

Right_CTRL + END enters "surrender" animation, making the player put both hands behind his head and unable to move.

This state seems to be permanent. The only way to exit it is to die/redeploy.
And it cannot be unbind.

Spawn -> press Right CTRL + END -> get stuck.

Additional Information

Please add a custom bind for it in Options -> Controls -> Infantry movements (similar to 'salute') or remove.

I can't reproduce this either, and I've been using right CTRL + Home/End to modify stances for quite a while.

I did use mods when this first happened, but to test it without any mods i went into the Arma 3 Launcher and unchecked all mods, then started the campaign.

I'm not sure how to check in-game what mods are loaded or show game version (up-to-date in steam).
