If you try to lase a target with the laser designator through the firing from vehicle position in a helicopter, you will instead lase in the direction of which your resting weapon is pointing.
The character holds his weapon in a resting position with the laser designator in the other hand. The laser dot will appear where the gun is pointing, not the laser designator.
From my testing, this seems to be a helicopter thing, as it did affect:
• Sides of the Hummingbird • Taru - Sitting on the Bench attachment • Back of the Huron • Back of the Mohawk.
It was not a problem in the following vehicles: Offroad, Tempest or Zamak.
