in fact there is no difference in using

"poissondisc" or "poissondisccenter", they both create submunition to once side and never centered. Poisson disc: http://www.jasondavies.com/poisson-disc/

Steps To Reproduce

Equip starter pistol and fire in night sky, you can see that flares created to one side: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prrUjQ4fBXU#t=10 while the param used is "poissondisccenter"
