When AI commander orders his subordinate to rearm from an ammo source the subordinate immediately responds "ready" without even trying to complete the order - that means he will not rearm himself.

This is true for every ammo source in the game (dead units, ammo bearers, ammo boxes, cars...etc.)

This is a crucial AI/gameplay bug that needs fix ASAP.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. In editor create an AI squad of two units
  2. Set subordinate's ammo to 0 (the unit ammo slider to minimum)
  3. Put a source of ammo nearby
  4. Test the mission as a civilian, standing close to the units to hear their conversation
