On our server, the maxping is being set down to 10 totally random and back to the default setting.

This causes everyone to be kicked.

Frequency: It happens about 1 time per day, the server is pretty busy with about up to 85 people on evenings. Scheduled restarts are every 4 hours through an external service shutting the server EXE down.

What could possibly cause this issue and what can we do about it?
