I don't know how to explain this well but i am going to try anyway. There is a small bug that occurs at times when you switch from standing still to walking or sprinting.
Lets say your player was standing still, and you then quickly start sprinting forward you will notice your unit will 'slide forward' for a split second whilst standing still before the sprinting animation starts.
Pretty much it looks like your unit is sliding across the ground for a split second until he actually starts running.
Best effect is achieved when quickly and randomly switching between no movement, sprint and normal walking. I find this to not look very appealing.
