First of all..

I play Altis Life

If i get my MI-290 Taru out of my Garage and Get in as Pilot , the Taru sometimes explode instant.

this behavior is probably caused by the way mission is scripted. Does the helicopter explode also when you insert it in the editor?

No,only in Altis life.
The Taru Jump 3 times and if i get in,sometimes Taru explode.. Not all the time.

Its mission fault
