AI can not be ordered to board a helicopter as Commander

Description

If you select an AI soldier in your group and order it to get into ANY helicopter as Commander(i.e. copilot) (gunner, pilot etc. works fine), it's like you did nothing and you are not giving the order to the AI soldier.

I have not encountered this issue with Tanks etc.

You can finally get the AI into the Commander's seat by telling the solder to get in Anywhere.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Lead a group of at least 1 AI.
  2. Order the AI to get into a helicopter as Commander.
  3. Nothing happens, not even a voice command to get in is heard.
Additional Information

Bug exists in 1.36 as well.

This is hapening randomly with all comanding options.
