Disabling and enabling expansions is annoying because I have to click all the expansions I have to enable or disable them. I have about 50 mods and it takes a while to disable and enable them.

Go to expansions in the main menu. Enable every mod.

I agree, but for now, you can just go to your text file (arma3.cfg) and delete the mods from there until they add this feature.

Hello,
thank you for submitting the ticket. Even more elegant solution than @TakeHomeTheCup is suggesting is to manage your mods via Launcher (it supports local mods as well). You can load/unload mods, set order of their loading or even save mod presets.
