graphics stutter rapidly up and down in game

Description

This occurs every time I spawn, in single and multiplay.

I changed the video resolution several times, with no effect on the stuttering

Everything worked fine until latest patch (helo flght model)

my specs:

chipset: AMD Radeon A10-5800k
video:radeon 7750
16 gig RAM {F25289} {F25290}

Steps To Reproduce

I just uninstalled and reinstalled and am having the exact same problem
