When pressing start on the Desktop, Launcher or Steam it instantaneously ends in a Bluescreen with Code: 0x0000003b. Every other games work fine

Game doesn't create any Error Reports.
RAM has been swapped and tested by manufactur. Drivers are up to date, even tried beta drivers for the Graphicscard. Game completely reinstalled.
