When I launch ARMA 3 from Steam, It goes to the splash screen and then the main menu. Once at the Main Menu it looks like it will work because I get the Software Mouse Cursor and it lets me move it around, but I cannot click on any of the menu options or anything. I Always have to go and CTRL-ALT-DEL it and bring up the task manager and shut it down because it says that it isn't responding. I also thought it may be an issue with loading and left it all night to see if it was, and it still was locked up and I had to shut ARMA 3 down by CTRL-ALT-DEL 'ing it. {F25183} {F25184}

Arma 3 Stops responding even though you can move the mouse you cannot click anything,
CTRL-ALT-DEL and see that it is not responding and end the program.

Hello, could you please try to upload new crashdumps (rpt + bidmp + mdmp with the same name), but without -nologs parameter? It prevents catching errors to the rpt and makes the crash analysis impossible. Thank you.

So I disable the mods in the launcher? Because I cannot use the menu in the game to disable them because of the menu freezing? Most of my mods are in folders which I have activated through the main menu not the launcher.

Mods are not official content from Bohemia Interactive and it is very likely that the CTDs you are experiencing are caused by collisions between two or more mods.
There is unfortunately no way to tell which mod/mods are causing the crash.
I'd recommend turning them off on by one.
Unless we have clear unmoded data, we cannot perform crash analysis.
