setObjectTextureGlobal no longer works on dedicated server

Description

Before the patch that adds the Helicopter DLC, setobjecttextureglobal use to work on dedicated server. I would be able to see the custom textures whether I am local or on a dedicated server. After the patch, I can only see custom unit texture on local server whiel dedicated server does not show any custom texture at all.

Steps To Reproduce

I uploaded an old version of my mission that uses a custom uniform skin. If you run it on local you should see it, if you run it on dedicated, it will show only the CSAT officer uniform.

Firstly repro is not vanilla game. If you do want help resolving your issues, make repro on Altis or Stratis.

Secondly, the ticket is quite old, there has been issue with setObjectTexture quite sometime ago, and since has been fixed. It works just fine on dev I just tried.

Resolving this ticket. If you still have problems, make repro on any vanilla map and I will reopen it.
