Steps To Reproduce
Run attached repro mission.
In it, there are three fully manned tanks and one manned Ghosthawk.
After 5s the Slammer's commander will be deleted, the rest of the crew will immediately disembark and then board the chopper as cargo.
After another 5s the AMV commander will get unassigned and issued a doGetOut, he will immediately reboard the AMV.
Then the Panther's gunner will be deleted, same thing.
At last, 30s in, the AMV driver will be deleted, crew will board the chopper.
Additional Information
Never seen this behaviour until recently and it's causing me some headaches. Is it intentional? If so, can it be prevented somehow? There are other cases where mostly gunners leave e.g. their chopper and board a tank as cargo, even if definitely assigned to the original vehicle.

Just happened in the repro, the unassigned commander did board the chopper, but another crew took his place in the AMV. Weird.
