Before leaving Chapter 1 of adapt i was killed by a landmine at the last second while the game was fading to black however i cannot be certain as to whether this is the cause of the issue or not as another player has also had this issue in the past though it was unreported and is unknown of how it happened or if it was even fixed... as soon as the mission has loaded to the point of saying "12 Hours later" the "You are dead" screen appears... restarting the mission from the menu does not fix it and so far i have not tested reverting to the previous mission... would like to get some help to fix this as so far i have very much enjoyed this campaign...
